At lowboss ltd our goal is to ensure you get your items as soon as possible. Your order will be processed, shipped and delivered within 1-3 business days on average. While we will do everything, we can to deliver your order as soon as possible, we cannot account for weather and courier delays.
Please note that if an order is made on or around a Canadian Holiday, there may be a 1-2 business delay in processing and/or shipping of your items.

FREE SHIPPING
Free Shipping is available for clients in Canada only.
lowboss free shipping promotions cover up to $140 in shipping charges anywhere in Canada. If the shipping quote from our courier is above that, clients will be shown the corresponding shipping charge at checkout once the shipping address is provided or will receive an email from our processing team prior to the order being shipped.
Eligible orders include:
– Orders of 1 mat plus any thing that makes up the price to $140 and above is free shipped.
*Exclusions Include: Orders to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Inuvik, Northern Labrador. If you live in one of these Provinces or Territories, please contact us in advance as some addresses will not be able to have a shipping quote provided. You can do so by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. In the event there is an invalid address, customers will be contacted with their shipping quote prior to the order being processed and sent out.
Order Processing and warehouse off-stock
Some times warehouses go out of stock without system notification. If there are any issues due the product being out of stock, the customer will be notified within 2-5 business days of the order being placed and a full refund will be made back to the client account using the same mode of payment.
Tracking information
Tracking information of all placed orders will be made available to clients within 2 business days as soon as the shipment has left the warehouse. For any weather-caused delays, customers shall be notified with a reason through the appropriate communication method available on file in their account.
Shipping Address Options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to an alternate address. If you have an account with us, you can simply select an address from your account, just sign in during the checkout process.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.
Tracking Your Order
To Track your order status, you can Log in or Create an Account with the same e-mail address as your order and see exactly where in the process your order is. Otherwise, you will receive an e-mail once your order has been fully processed and another email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Refused Shipments
Any shipment of products or items, which is refused on delivery, will be returned to the facility from which it was shipped. All charges incurred will be deducted from the client’s refund unless otherwise granted an exception by a member of Lowboss Ltd management.
Wholesale:
If you one to be one of our distributors in your region, A minimum wholesale order of $5000 will be required. A wholesale discount rate shall be applicable as agreed with Lowboss management.
